2 months old kitten scratched me, no blood visible. skin has now become a bit red. i took rabies vaccination ten months ago, do i need it again?

No: You get at least 2 years of ongoing protection from completing the primary rabies series. What you may have is a localized simple germ infection from the scratch. Local applications of antibiotic ointment may help but a visit to your doc may be needed if it continues to progress.
