Should i be worried about rabies? my vaccinated dog 4 days ago scratched me accidentally but the scratch didn't leave a wound or broke skin and no bleeding, it just left a minor red mark i washed it with soap and water, 10min later scratch resolved?

No. Transmission of rabies virus requires a bite from a rabid animal for the virus is present in saliva. In addition, your dog has been vaccinated and therefore is not a rabid animal.
