Bruxism: With the added stress of high school - both academic as well as social - it's possible that you have developed the habit of clenching/grinding of ur teeth. It's a very damaging habit but unfortunately v. Common. All the extra forces being applied to ur teeth by keeping them in contact can make them sensitive. The rule is "lips together, teeth apart". Good luck!

Need treatment: Sensitivity from cold or hot? Sweets or just when brushing your teeth, many reasons can cause sensitivitiessensi such as untreated cavities, receding gums and erosions from acids. Old root canals and grinding teeth can cause some sensitivity as well, but sensitivity will not go away by itself, you need to get a clinical examination with x-rays.
