Paradontax: There are numerous dentifrices on the market, each formulated slightly differently. Toothpastes that are formulated specifically for sensitive teeth may work better for your condition. Make sure your sensitivity is not due to carious lesions.

Go back to Sensodyne: What was your reason for changing, the cost? Over time, if you keep your teeth clean and use fluoride toothpaste, your teeth should become less sensitive. I would ask your dentist at your check up to check how you brush and floss and to evaluate where exactly the sensitivity is.

Different: Different toothpastes have different functions. First determine the cause of your sensitivity. That means being examined by a Dentist. If sensitivity due to gum recession, toothpaste may cover up symptoms but not treat the cause Your Dentist may want you to see a specialist Periodontist. Follow your practitioners toothpaste recommendations.
