Not Normal but: It may be an issue that needs to be addressed. It may mean you have a permanent canine that is still up in the bone and can't get to where it needs to be or you may just be delayed with eruption. It would be smart to see your dentist to get an x-ray to see what's going on. Ps, i love utah!
