Suggestions: I might suggest things like going to bed at the same time each night, no alcohol before bed, if you do not fall asleep within the 1st 15 minutes of laying there, get up and read or do something calm until you feel tired, no exercise an hour before bed, and using your bed only for sleep. Otherwise i would suggest going to your physician or a sleep specialist for further help.

Sleep study: Speak to a physician about a referral for a sleep study. That will help determine the nature of your poor sleep. Many things can be done to improve the quality/length of sleep.
