Last days when i lie down on right side sometimes i hear a very rapid fluttering sound (much faster than heartbeat) that i stop hearing if i turn from the other side or get up.it only happens at night before sleep.it is not loud.earplug make it worse?

Fluttering sound: My first hunch is you have wax in one ear that goes against ear drum on oneside so I would look in your ear first. Let us know what u find out.
