Does this sound like bppv? i get woken up from sleep and the room spins and i'm very dizzy for a few seconds,fine awake,just nauseous. what do i do?

Vertigo: BPPV is sudden (paroxysmal) and positional. Doesn't sound like BPPV. we have no info on you such as duration of sx, med history, other meds, possibility of pregnancy etc. Its best to consult your doctor for exam and testing and if necessary eval by ENT for vestibular pathology.
