Sounds like Burn Out!: The human body needs 6 to 8 hours daily of sleep to function & stay healthy. No doubt the schedule described is absolutely necessary for financial survival. It sounds like the children are getting time with you & that's good. How long can that keep up? The emotional toll & fatigue says "not for long". Reach out to family & friends for support so they don't have to rescue you when you crash. There is more support out there than you could ever imagine including "respite care". You would be surprised.

Insufficient sleep: Real life can be very difficult. Your sleep is disrupted and fragmented and you may not be getting into actual deep sleep. You have becomed sleep deprived. This can cause lots of medical problems including depression, hypertension, diabetes and heart arrhythmia. Seek help at home and medically if persists.
