Fiborids: Fibroids that distort the cavity of the uterus usually affect fertility, otherwise they usually not, although its controversial if these fibroids need to be removed at all (exception if the are blocking the tubes, cervix, etc) or a vital structure (ureters, etc). They can be removed with different techniques depending on location with hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, robotic and via laparotomy (open).
