I am 34 yrs old,is there any options of fibroids procedure and keep my uterus as i would love to have children in the future , i was diagnosed with multiple fibroids , 13cm,2x7cm ?

Myomectomy: Surgical myomectomy whereby the fibroids are "harvested" with re-construction of the uterus if done properly, will allow a future pregnancy and delivery. Focused ultrasound does not have the same future fertility rate at this point via data as myomectomy. Even after myomectomy the fibroids can return within 5 years so have the procedure just prior to conception attempts.
