I am very fond of bread but it increases my sugar so what is the alternate of bread?

Dr. Chevies Newman answered

Try whole wheat: Bread. It takes longer to digest so will not spike up blood sugar so badly. Get a good whole wheat, you will get used to it soon. Have a good day.
