Diet: This is tough in 400 letters. No refined sugars. (not a big cause of cancer, but is related to obesity, heart disease, diabetes, strokes, dementia) Eat 4-5 servings of veg. 3-4 fruits minimal fat. Lean meat, preferably grass fed. Avoid processed food and most anything that comes in a box or already cooked. Be a role model for your kids. Eat that way also.
