A blood sugar of 32 would usually cause loss of consciousness or a seizure or even death. You obviously dodged a bullet if your sugar was truly 32. You've shown no adverse aftermaths of having had a dangerously low blood sugar. If you're experiencing frequent hypoglycemia episodes notify your treating physician.
