Registered Dietitian: Look for local registered dietitians that can help you put together the healthiest meal plan. Please bare in mind that a vegetarian diet excludes vitamin B12 so you will need to get that from other sources. I recommend you consume wild fish like salmon if you are not completely opposed to fish. Otherwise, you will need to take a B12 supplement.
