For diet think "lean protein and roughage"--like salmon or chicken breast and all the veggies(mostly raw but lightly cooked too)you want;no processed foods and enough water to take you to the toilet three times a day;if you're into dairy:non-fat yogurt or cottage cheese and sweat-inducing exercise 6 days/week, as much as you can.
