Anxiety Treatment: There are a lot of options available now from therapy to meds. Depends on how severe it is and what other factors are contributing or other issues like mood disorder depression is there.Best will be to get an evaluation and then get a good treatment plan in place. Believe me living with anxiety is never fun especially when its disabling good luck.
