Do not react: When people react to anxiety and panicky feelings by doing stuff to get the feeling to go away, they are actually going to perpetuate the anxiety. The best practice is to not react at all. Just allow the anxiety to wash over you until it goes away all on it's own. And it definately will. This is called desensitization or habituation. You will set yourself ftee and rid your body of them.
