Bellyfat nothing else is fat no hips, no butt, no big leggy just bellyfat how do i get rid of it?

See Plastic Surgeon: See a board certified plastic surgeon. Let him/her examine you and advise you. Fat under the skin can be treated with liposuction. But, some will have visceral fat gain and they are not good candidates for the liposuction.
