Seek evaluation: First and foremost, would recommend seeking consultation with physician. With prolactin level that high, it would be important to determine if there are any CNS lesions, such as a pituitary tumor. Evaluation would include taking a history (including current medications and menstrual history), a physical exam (nipple discharge, neuro exam), and possibly imaging from the brain/pituitary.

Prolactinoma: If your prolactin level is high, it may affect your ovulation. You should have some imagine of your pituitary gland because you may have an adenoma. Depending on the size, you can be treated medically. If you are having other symptoms or other organ systems are affected, you may need surgery to remove the adenoma. Your doctor should help to guide you with the decision.
