Dostinex (cabergoline): (cabrgoline) is the superior drug and is given twice weekly vs. The older Parlodel (bromocriptine) which is given multiple times per day and has frequent associated nausea. Both are now available generically. Both have some potential adverse events, but generally lower incidence w/cabergoline: check w/your doctor.
