A member asked:

I would like to know the differences between dostinex (cabergoline) and parlodel. (for high prolactin level and conceive) wich one is more effective?

(cabrgoline) is the superior drug and is given twice weekly vs. The older Parlodel (bromocriptine) which is given multiple times per day and has frequent associated nausea. Both are now available generically. Both have some potential adverse events, but generally lower incidence w/cabergoline: check w/your doctor.
