Need eval: 121 is high. you need an MRI of the pituitary if it stays high. that can definitely affect your period and chance of becoming pregnant. i would advise to see a specialist for both evaluation and to begin treatment

Do pregnancy test: Hi. Do a pregnancy test. With the units you use for prolactin in your country, I think that prolactin is normal, but check with your doctor to confirm normal range. It wouldn't be the first time someone thought they weren't fertile and turned out to be wrong. A pregnancy test can help steer you toward what to do next. If not pregnant and that prolactin is normal, talk with your gyn. Good luck!

Double check: Are you saying your prolactin level is 121 or is this a decimal-point error? Also is that in units of micrograms/liter? If both these things are true your prolactin level is around 5-10 times higher than normal. If both these things are correct you need to see an endocrinologist or a reproductive endocrinologist immediately! if this is an error, then sorry for the alarm.
