Not definite sign : Mucus is more clear in the first half of cycle and at ovulation when estrogen predominates, then thickens after ovulation due to progesterone. It's possible that high prolactin disrupts ovulation and the mucus stays clear or ovulation can sporadically occur. Cervical mucus isn't the best indicator of ovulation. High prolactin may need to be treated by endocrinologist to conceive.
