Ask your doc: At the lab I use that is highly elevated anything over 100 and u need to be evaluated to make sure u do not have a pituitary tumor so please call your doc asap and if it is really 569 u will not conceive.

Prolatinoma: If your prolactin level is that high, it can affect ovulation and your ability to conceive. You may have a mass in your pituitary gland that can be seen with an MRI or ct of the area.You should find out what is causing the level to be that elevated because it isn't normal. Taking medications to lower the level may improve your chance of conceiving naturally.
