It depends: The possible effects can't be readily enumerated. I recommend a nicotine patch to minimize withdrawal, wt. Gain etc. Go slowly with cutting the nicotine out and land safely and easily. Educate yourself about addiction. Most people are quite ignorant. Some people do best with long term nicotine replacement therapy.
