Not long: Good job - quitting, of course! you may be experiencing withdrawal symptoms, which tend to vary a lot from person to person. Typically they last 4 weeks, can last more, but go away. Depending on how much you smoked, your 'cilia' cells in the throat or nasal passages may be waking up and working again! use sugar-free candy (causes more saliva) or gum. Stay smoke free!
