Depends: Shoulder or neck problem. If the pain is reproduced with movements of the arm and shoulder then it is likely a shoulder issue. If the shoulder can be moved normally without pain then it could be coming from the neck. Most pain from the neck that travels into the arm will have a specific pattern and may affect certain fingers. If this has become more constant and severe then go see your doc.
