Having shoulder pain on rt side. can't move arm certain ways or i get sharp severe pain also muscles in upper back hurt all the time. what is wrong?

Neck or rotator cuff: Could be a nerve root injury, a rotator cuff strain or an injury to paraspinal muscles. Would recommend initial evaluation by a pcp and then possible referral to an orthopedic surgeon.
