Pain: lots of possibilities. If Short of breath or bad chest pain should be seen now to insure not cardiac in origin or lung related. I only mention heart as you have left arm pain too, but hurts more with movement, so unlikely. Most common thing for a female and right upper abdomen/lower chest and right shoulder pain would be gall bladder. Go see a doctor to help delineate.
