Whey protein: Yes, whey protein is excellent. Other excellent proteins are: Egg white is superior to all. Quinoa is excellent. Beans and lentils are excellent. Milk protein is excellent. Whole grains are good but not sufficient. Nuts are excellent. Yogurt is excellent. Be careful - excess protein can worsen kidney stone condition. Be sure you drink 3-4 liters per day
