No: A good health diet will not interfere with BC. You should always read the label of any supplements you take to make sure there are no hidden problems. In general one does not need supplements. A good healthy diet like your mother would give you is perfectly adequate.

Obese?: First check ur body mass index. If obese check for diabetes. Next don't buy or eat any food or supplement or protein that comes in a box or packet or bottle. Just eat fruits and veg and drink lots of water.try this for few weeks. Protein powders are full of crap additives. Check out foodbabe.com and also read the book End of Dieting
