Probably not: The short answer is that most lipomas are treated by surgical excision.

Possibly: There is an ultrasound treatment called liposonix which could potentially be an option. Other than that, only surgery. Keep in mind that multiple lipomas do not need to be "cured" or removed. They are completely benign and usually are only removed for cosmetic reasons or if the patient simply just wants them out.
