Lipoma: If it is a lipoma for sure, then there is no reason it has to be removed if it is not bothering you. Thanks for consulting with Healthtap! :)

Lipoma: I assume you have seen a physician who made the diagnosis. That would be the best person to ask, the professional that has actually examined your lesion.
