No: You are right to be suspicious- the claims are bogus. Surgery is the only way to get rid of them.

Observe: Lipomas can be left alone, also known as observation, especially if they are without symptoms. Okay to avoid costs of remedies that don't surgically remove the lesion. Lipomas can increase in size.

Surgery only: There are no "natural" or even phamaceutial ways to reduce the size of or eliminate a lipoma. They can only be removed with surgery. This surgery for most lipomas is safe and not uncomfortable. If you find a naturopath promising a reduction in the size of yours, run away fast as you will spend a lot of money for no effect.
