Understand anxiety: The more you understand it the better you will learn to cope with it. Many a times cause for your anxiety is obvious like an exam or a project but not in your control; cope with by spending the excess energy produced by exercising. Cause is not obvious like worries that creep in your head; cope with it by learning relaxation techniques. Episodic anxiety; track & correct your thoughts.
