Workplace anxiety: First, explore what you're anxious about -- is it the work itself, the people you work with, or something you're being asked to do that you feel uncomfortable with, etc? Talk this over with someone you trust -- could even be a counselor. Develop possible solutions. Make sure you take care of yourself well in non-work hours too -- healthy eating, exercise, rest, etc. More resilience that way.
