Wat could be the best measure that a diabetic and lung patient should take?

General self-care: There's a saying, "the best way to stay healthy is to have a chronic illness and take care of yourself." (i think this came from sir william osler.) know your conditions - learn all you can about them, and do your best to manage them. Keep blood sugar under control; take all your medications and on time. Exercise. Eat well and drink plenty of water. Get a flu vaccine; see your doc early when ill.
