Depression can have many physical symtpoms, including chear pain. Another possibilty is that anxiety can be present in depression, and that also can have many physical symptoms including anxiety. But you should get it checked out medically although being 19, if you are otherwise healthy, the chest pain is more likelly to be related to depression/anxiety. See you PCP first, howevver!

Even though depression can manifest with various physical problems, it’s important to have a physical exam to know if you have an illness. If you are OK, then please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help and, if needed, refer you to a Psychiatrist for medication.
