Anxiety: Sorry to hear you are dealing w/this. It sounds like your docs have ruled out medical conditions. You would be best served to see a mental health pro such as a clinical psychologist who specializes in mood disorders. What you are dealing w/is treatable. You can learn some strategies to help. Therapy: with a certified clinical psychologist using CBT ( cognitive behavioral therapy) is the way to go. I also suggest, exercise, meditation. massage therapy, music therapy, aromatherapy and relaxation techniques. I suggest that you read The Relaxation Response by Herbert Benson, M.D. You will also need a comprehensive physical exam and blood/urine testing.
