Been diagnosed with anxiety & depression. i get chest tightness which is very painful. been given diazepam to ease it but will it go away permanently?

Am making the: Assumption that the chest tightness is related to anxiety ;/or panic. Diazepam is treating your symptoms. I don't know what meds you are on - but it would be good if you took something that can help to heal the underlying depression/ anxiety. Yes, the chest tightness is likely to resolve over time. Acupuncture has helped some of my patients who had this issue (auricular trauma protocol).
