A member asked:

Type of excercises for 50 years old woman/beginners?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Slowly but surely: Not all 50 year olds are alike, so it is generally wise to consult your physician before undertaking an exercise program. Generally, starting with low impact exercise of short duration and if medically cleared working up to 20-30 minutes of aerobic exercise three times as week - such as brisk walking can be very good for general health as well as memory and stamina.
