No medications: I would suggest no medications. The digestive system is not functioning at its maximum potential in the morning. Eat a light breakfast, or no breakfast at all. Eat your largest meal between noon and 2:30, and have a light dinner, before 7:30 p.m. Even with only moderate exercise this routine will help you to lose weight.

Eight: Studies have shown that we should sleep one hour for every two hours we are awake. This means that most of us need eight hours a night. Of course some people need more and others need less but most of us need eight.
