Antidepressant should be taken in the morning if possible. If she takes in the morning and she has problem with sleeping which may get worse if taking in the evening.

First have a physical exam to determine if she has an illness. If she is having trouble sleeping then see your Dr. for medication she can take at night such as Trazadone. She may need a sleep study. Medication alone is not as effective as medication with psychotherapy Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple forms of psychotherapy.
