Lots of options: Pna is aggressive and deadly, hence the vaccine. Numerous "flu" / "cold" viruses are prevalent during the fall/winter, and you likely found one of those to get a lower resp tract infxn, like bronchitis. Usually symptom tx works (steam vaporizer--if safe to use by your bed), Mucinex (guaifenesin) to thin secretions, +/- albuterol. See your dr for eval & meds (not likely abx).
