Had a cold from daughter, lasted 10 days, bad cough & congestion. now cough is over but lungs seem sore/ burning randomly. seems goes away if i take my anxiety med.no fever & sp02 is normal. could this be pneumonia without any other symptom?

It is possible, but not that likely. More commonly the chest wall musculoskeletal structures are inflamed. NSAIDS and local heat are often effective. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and fever. Was your daughter vaccinated against COVID-19? or screened?
