When you are ready: Glad you are better. Go back to training when you feel up to it. Don't expect to return to your pre-illness form just yet. If this was really pneumonia (and not just some viral upper respiratory illness) you should expect to have some difficulty at first with endurance- or aerobic activities. My guess is you had the flu or a similar illness and yo are ready to go.
