Pneumonia: Unlikely, but you should have someone take you today to the nearest Emergency facility given your symptoms over the past few weeks.

Mgt: It is possible that you have an infection, including pneumonia. Other causes should be evaluated such as a chest mass, TB pulmonary infection,sinusuitis,asthma, bronchiectasis and cardiac causes. Please discuss having a TB test, chest radiograph and providing a sputum sample with your PCP. In the meantime, please check your temperature, rest and drink fluids.
