There are a lot of possibilities for your symptoms, including chronic bronchitis, a form of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Have you ever smoked? If you smoke now, you really need to quit. You should see a lung doctor for diagnosis/treatment and help with smoking cessation, if needed. Best of luck to you!

I agree with Dr. F. If you're taking an ACE inhibitor like lisinopril, it could be contributing to your chronic cough.
