Keep track: Your weight is still "normal" per bmi criteria. You need to start keeping track of what you are doing. Are you consuming more calories than you are expending? Was you recently inactive for some reasons? Was u started on a new meditations? If nothing new had changed, then see your doctor for an evaluation. Good luck.
