Who knows ?: Where a person puts any extra weight is determined by their genetic makeup. You can look at how your parents carry their weight & likely see the pattern your genes would follow, but there is no way to be certain. Your BMI is at the bottom 10% for females & bottom 3% for males in the general population. It may or may not be healthy.

Healthy diet: Your BMI is okay and do not try to gain weight to "fill in your cheeks". Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine

Depends: On your prior BMI or weight. If you gained weight after losing a lot of weight yes. Facial fat wasting occurs with fast significant weight loss. Regaining the weight may result in cheek filling. If no significant weight loss then no refilling. Above BMI is acceptable though on the lower side

`It depends: As with everything in medicine the answer is, well, it depends. Sure, cheeks will fill in if a person with a BMI of 18.4 gains weight. The question "how bad is a BMI of 18.4 or 18.5" is somewhat of a loaded question. In anorexia nervosa a young lady could think she is fat despite being quite thin. In the absence of body image distorsion absent, this could be perfectly normal.
